Duties 

1. Supplies production operations with raw material to produce finished product.
2. Visually inspect skid quality before loading onto trailer.
3. Perform regular pre and post inspection of forklift equipment in compliance with health and safety.
4. Transfer goods/ material between unloading, processing, loading and staging or storage areas securely with efficient liaison with supervisors, equipment manufacturers and colleagues.
5. Load finished goods onto trucks in a timely manner to meet customer’s delivery requirements.
6. Track material delivery
7. Perform general clean-up of work area.
8. Follow all HACCP, GMP & Product Safety rules & guidelines.

Key Performance Indicators 

1. Follows safe Operating procedures & complies with all EHS & GPM.
2. Performs tasks within acceptable limits for quality, quantity, sanitation & timeliness of completion, paying particular attention to prevent & eliminate costly errors.
3. Prepares make-readies for upcoming jobs (Such as speedwells, solvents, cylinders, trollies, material)
4. Complies with sanitation guidelines & Good manufacturing practices.
5. Following the personal and industrial safety guidelines.
6. Maintain a neat & orderly work area in accordance to 5 S standards by cleaning spills & disposing of trash on a timely basis.

Qualifications

1. 10th/ 12th & ITI (motor mechanic/ fitter)
2. Relevant experience of 2 to 6 years.

Skills 

1. Should have Knowledge of Complete Forklift Operations
2. Should have proper driving license of LMV/ HMV.
3. Should be aware of all Safety Standards & norms.
4. Should be able to work in a high speed and fast paced environment.
5. Should be able to complete tasks without supervision.
6. Ability to occasionally lift up heavy objects
